My, oh my! I feel like quite the lucky girl today. I just got word that my best friend is coming to visit me over her March Break. What does that mean, you ask? Oh, just amusement, debauchery, mayhem, and DOUBLES! Hehehe... Gosh, I cannot express how much I missed doing doubles with her. Before my hiatus, I had the privilege of working with her several times, and I must say that those were some of the most raucous, sexy, uninhibited appointments of my life. Anyway, I'm going to go relish this little morsel of anticipation with my toys within arm's reach. Greetings (again) dearest hobbying world...

When I left the US escort world a year ago, I knew it was not the end of my adventure as an escort, but rather the end of an epoch in my life. I needed time to reflect and digest the experiences I had before moving on and reclaiming the moniker of 'escort.' It took 365 days, but I did exactly that; I can proudly say that I own that time, those places, the memories (both good and unpleasant), and I miss it. I miss that gossamer world between dreams and reality where intimacy is a reflex and the mundane a distant memory. The place that defies explanation. To me, that is the essence of our world -- the ability to let oneself create and savour pockets of fantasy yet still get up Monday morning and go back to the office. That was always my modus operandi and I'm pleased to say it still is.

I no longer have the time, desire, or inclination to travel hundreds of miles from home for the opportunity to have adventures. I need to further my 'real' career, but I still want to indulge my life as an escort, so I'm trusting a bit in Chaos Theory and the randomization of the population. I love my home, I love my domain, and I love my region. I want to stay where I love for the most part, so I'm looking forward to this new angle.

Actually, the more I think of it, the more giddy it makes me. Here's to a new beginning: my first time truly Independent, my first time making my own rules, and the first time on my own turf.
